1. About These Terms

Welcome to Epic Craft (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using epiccraft.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

These terms are meant to be read together with our Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Handmade Characteristics

Epic Craft offers handcrafted resin lamps. Our products are made to order in Canada, and each piece may show natural variations in resin patterns, wood grain, lighting appearance, color tone, and fine details. These normal handmade characteristics are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors and lighting may look different depending on screen settings or viewing conditions. The product listing shown at checkout describes the item you are ordering.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the site or checkout. Product prices, discounts, and availability may change. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed as part of the checkout process.

• You agree to submit accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
• An order is a request to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or an obvious pricing error.
• If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund of the amount collected for the canceled items.
• Payment processing is handled by the payment methods made available at checkout and may be subject to the processor’s own terms.
• For advertised multi-item or promotional offers, the final applicable total will be shown before you complete payment.

4. Made-to-Order Processing and Delivery

Because our items are handcrafted, orders require production time before dispatch. As described in our Shipping Information, the usual estimated timelines for standard U.S. orders are:

• Production and handling: 10–15 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks).
• U.S. shipping transit: 5–10 business days after dispatch (approximately 1–2 weeks).
• Estimated combined timeline: 15–25 business days, excluding holidays and unusual delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind or preference. We review claims for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a confirmed manufacturing issue when reported within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To request help, email support@epiccraft.shop with your order number, description, and clear photographs. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Eligible claims and any applicable shipping costs or refund timing are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its operation. This includes attempts to access restricted systems, send malicious code, scrape content in violation of applicable law, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful activity.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our website content — including text, logos, graphics, product photographs, and site design — is owned by Epic Craft or used with permission. You may view content for personal shopping use, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Our store may use third-party providers for payment, shipping, analytics, and technical operations. Some services or links may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites outside our control, subject to applicable law.

9. Availability and Changes to the Website

We may update products, prices, content, features, and these terms from time to time. We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Changes to these terms do not retroactively remove rights associated with orders already accepted or completed.

10. Liability and Consumer Protections

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the website, external events beyond our reasonable control, or services provided independently by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where a product arrives defective or damaged, the remedies available under our posted policy and applicable law continue to apply.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree that we may send transaction-related messages such as confirmations, shipping updates, or customer-service responses using the contact information you supply.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights, protections, and dispute-resolution requirements in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
